During the beta, the fastest way to reach us is to open an issue on GitHub. We answer within a couple of days.
Before you write
- Lost records on a device? Device-only data lives in that browser. If you have a backup file, use Backup & data to restore it. If not, we can't recover it.
- Sign-in link didn't arrive? Check spam, then request another. Links expire after a short time.
- Invitation link says it was sent to a different address? Sign in with the exact email that was invited, or ask the household owner to send a new invitation to the address you use.
- Something looks wrong in a total? Open the entry: the deduction check on the right explains every reduction and every missing record.
Deleting a household account
Email from the address you sign in with and say which household to delete. We remove its entries and receipt files and confirm by reply.
